Becoming Supernatural: How Common People Are Doing the Uncommon by Joe Dispenza (Recommended by friendly acquaintance, Patricia, Reiki Healer – please note, upon reading – much of what I read here I disagree with on the basis of fundamental doctrine, and the logical conclusions made – this was a read to understand more of the sphere of wellness and also understand other ruling ideologies moving huge numbers of people). 
  18. ** Know My Name by Chanel Miller (Recommended for all, but can trigger memories for those who have previously been sexually assaulted or raped, or are sensitive to issues such as these)
